Access to and use of this website, as well as the booking of our private excursions, are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
By using this site or making a reservation, the user fully accepts the following provisions.

2. Purpose of These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate:

  • Access to and use of the website glomatravel.com
  • Booking of private excursions
  • Reservation management through Turitop
  • Responsibilities of Gloma Travel S.L.U. and customers

3. Services Offered

Gloma Travel S.L.U. provides:

  • Private excursions in Tenerife
  • Tailor-made tours and routes
  • Private driver/guide services
  • Gastronomic and cultural experiences
  • Group trips and custom services

All services are provided as an excursion operator, not as a travel agency.


4. Booking Process

Reservations may be made through:

  • The website
  • Turitop booking system
  • Contact forms
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

A booking is not considered confirmed until:

  • The customer receives the confirmation email
  • The required payment has been processed (according to the system used)

Customer data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.


5. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the website may include:

  • Private transportation
  • Driver/guide service
  • Admissions to wineries or listed locations
  • Tastings or meals (depending on the tour)

Prices do NOT include any service not clearly indicated as “Included”.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Turitop
  • Bank transfer
  • Other methods previously agreed

Prices include all legally applicable taxes.


6. Modifications by the Customer

Changes to dates, schedules or number of participants depend on:

  • Availability
  • Specific conditions of each tour
  • Provider policies (when applicable)

It is recommended to request changes at least 48 hours in advance.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation policy applicable is the one displayed on each excursion page or in the booking confirmation.

As a general rule:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before → may not be refundable
  • No-show → no refund
  • If Gloma Travel cancels for internal reasons → full refund or date change
  • If cancellation is due to external causes (weather, closures, unforeseen events):
    • Full refund OR
    • Date change OR
    • Equivalent alternative route

Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 3 to 10 business days.


8. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the booking process
  • Respect schedules, rules and guide instructions
  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Avoid dangerous or disrespectful behavior
  • Inform Gloma Travel of delays or personal cancellations
  • Supervise minors in the group

9. Obligations of Gloma Travel

Gloma Travel commits to:

  • Deliver the service with professionalism
  • Perform tours with qualified driver/guides
  • Maintain strict safety measures
  • Inform customers of unforeseen changes
  • Provide reasonable alternatives when necessary
  • Comply with the tourism regulations of the Canary Islands

10. Transportation and Safety

All tours are carried out in authorized, insured and safe vehicles.

Gloma Travel may deny access if:

  • The customer behaves dangerously
  • The customer is under the influence of alcohol or substances
  • The group exceeds the vehicle’s capacity

11. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to:

  • Adverse weather
  • Teide National Park closures
  • Access restrictions in Anaga or rural areas
  • Teide Cable Car closure
  • Situations that may risk customer safety

In such cases, Gloma Travel will offer:

  • A new date
  • An alternative route
  • A full refund

12. Website Content

All text, images, videos and content on the website are the property of Gloma Travel S.L.U. or their respective owners.

It is forbidden to:

  • Copy
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Reproduce content without written permission

13. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data processing is governed by:
